Shipping policy

We will make every effort to pack and ship your order within one to three business days.  Some items may be shipped directly from the artist.  Custom orders will require additional time, depending on the artist's availability.

We ship everything by USPS.  Priority Mail is generally 1-3 days, and Priority Mail Express provides a guaranteed delivery date.  Orders over $50.00 must include insurance to cover the cost of the item(s).  We are not responsible for any damage or loss while in transit.  The added insurance will cover your cost.  Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

With a diverse inventory like ours, it is difficult to predict actual shipping costs -- especially if your order contains multiple items.  We will reimburse the difference if you paid more than the actual shipping costs, and will contact you if the shipping fee collected was insufficient.

During this time of uncertainty, we appreciate your support for handmade crafts.  Unfortunately, our artists' ability to continue creating is affected by the availability of supplies and transportation. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled within 10 business days, and will cancel/issue a refund if desired.  Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope you stay safe and healthy.
