During this time of uncertainty, we appreciate your support for handmade crafts.  Unfortunately, our artists' ability to continue creating is affected by the availability of materials and transportation. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled within 10 business days, and will cancel/issue a refund if desired.  Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope you stay safe and healthy.

We are offering local pickup as an option when you place your order.  If you choose local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready.  If you choose to have your order shipped, we will make every effort to pack and ship your order within one to three business days.  Packaging of fragile and irregularly shaped items may require extra time.  Custom orders will require additional time, depending on the artist's availability.  Custom orders will normally ship directly from the artist.

We ship everything by USPS.  Priority Mail is generally 1-3 days, and Priority Mail Express provides a guaranteed delivery date.  Orders of $50.00 or more must include insurance to cover the cost of the item(s).  We are not responsible for any damage or loss while in transit the added insurance will cover your cost.  Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.
